At SOAR, our volunteers are the heart of our organization. Their dedication and commitment to our mission make it possible for us to reach and impact

more students.

The SOAR Initiative is looking for dedicated high school students who

enjoy working with younger students and want to make a difference in

their community. As a tutor, you’ll help provide free academic support

and enrichment for elementary and middle school students.

Volunteers can earn community service hours, gain leadership

experience, and contribute to expanding educational access.
